- Warranty Duration: 24 months from the date of purchase (an extension of 12 months compared to the Standard Warranty).
- Extended Coverage: In addition to covering manufacturing defects and quality issues, the Premium Warranty also provides protection against accidental damage such as drops or impacts. If your product is accidentally damaged, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
- Immediate Replacement Service: In case of defect or damage, we will send a replacement product immediately, even before receiving the defective item, to minimize inconvenience.
- Priority Support: With the Premium Warranty, you have access to priority customer service for quick resolution of any issues.
- Change of Mind Guarantee: If, within 30 days of receiving your canvas, you are not satisfied with the printed image, the Premium Warranty allows you to choose another image from those previously submitted for printing. We will print a new canvas with your chosen image at no additional cost.
- Free Image Retouching: Before printing, you can request small modifications or free retouching of the image, such as color adjustments, removal of minor imperfections, or resolution enhancement, to ensure the final result is perfect.
- Theft Protection: The Premium Warranty includes theft protection for the first 12 months. In the event of proven theft, we will replace the canvas at no additional cost.
- Exclusive Promotions and Future Discounts: Customers who choose the Premium Warranty will receive exclusive offers and discounts on future purchases, such as 10% off their next order or early access to new collections.
- Claim Procedure: As with the Standard Warranty, contact our customer service with the details of the issue and proof of purchase. Your request will be handled with priority, and if necessary, a replacement product will be sent immediately.
- Exclusions: Despite the extended coverage, the Premium Warranty does not cover intentional damage, theft after the first 12 months, or unauthorized modifications to the product.
