All canvas orders placed by Dec 13 are eligible for Christmas delivery as long as one of the first 3 previews is approved without revisions.

We provide 3 different portrait previews to make approval easy, and most customers approve one immediately.

If you'd like adjustments, revisions are typically delivered within 1–2 days, so you can approve your artwork with peace of mind, but please note that any revision request could extend delivery beyond Christmas depending on timing.

After Christmas, your recipient can simply provide the order number and:

We’ll only produce and ship the canvas once it’s perfect for them.

For those who want to elevate their piece even further, our Premium Floating Frame adds depth and a sophisticated, gallery-quality finish.
By default, each framed portrait comes in black, our most popular and modern choice — but if you prefer white, simply let us know via email, order notes, or any contact method before your artwork ships. We’ll customize it for you at no extra cost.

Artwork Creation Time: Artwork previews will be sent to you via email within 2-3 working days.

Once we receive your approval, we will begin printing within 24 hours of receiving approval of your artwork!

Unlimited Previews and Revisions: We will send you at least 3 different previews of your pet's portrait as soon as they are ready. You can request as many changes as you like or even ask for a complete redo until you are fully satisfied with the result. We will only proceed with printing once you confirm that the preview is exactly how you want it.

Free Replacement in Case of Defects: If you notice any printing defects or damage to the canvas when you receive it, we will replace the item at our expense, with no additional costs for you.

Post-Purchase Satisfaction: If, after receiving the canvas, you are not satisfied with the result for any reason and the portrait no longer convinces you 100%, you can request a replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. We will recreate the new portrait from scratch without asking any questions. The only thing you will need to cover is the shipping cost to receive the new canvas at your home (about 20% of the total price).
